1. POSTAL SERVICES
After we have received your email, we will reply within 24hrs sending you a prepaid return label. Simply re-package your items securely with the packing slip included, print out and attach the prepaid returns label. Alternatively you may have the label scanned and printed out at your nearest Australia Post.

Veri Boutique gladly accepts returns on full priced items in exchange for a credit note to the value of the returned product.
Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving the item.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached. Footwear must include the original shoebox.
Items may be refused for return if they do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges are not applicable on sale or promotional items.
Shipping/Postage costs are NOT included in a Credit Note Value.
If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above. Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault.
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods to assess the alleged fault and determine and/or confirm the fault and whether it can be repaired. We will then issue an exchange, refund or repair the goods at our own discretion.
In the instance of a refund, we aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however some faults must be approved before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, we will keep you informed.
For goods that are determined to be repairable, please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of the fault once received. Contact will be made by email informing you of all relevant details. Once the item has been repaired, we will ship it back to you the same day.
If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of AUD $25 for national orders only.

Free shipping Australia wide is available on all orders over $300 - The free shipping option will automatically be available at checkout.
For all other orders Veri Boutique offers flat rate shipping/postage both Australia wide and International. Customers (Domestic) may choose Standard or Express Shipping.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Express deliveries should arrive within 1-3 working days and standard shipping should arrive between 2-10 working days. Please note delivery times are estimates only and don't account for delays during this period.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Veri Boutique cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

The delivery times provided by Veri Boutique are estimates only. Veri Boutique will not be held liable for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us in accordance with our Returns and Faulty Goods Policies should there be a fault.

Product Availability and Information
All items are subject to availability. When an item is sold out, Veri Boutique will make every effort to remove the item off the website immediately. If an order is placed before Veri Boutique is able to remove the item off the website, we will notify the customer immediately via email or telephone and issue a refund.
If a Pre-Order is made, you will be charged for the product on the day the order is shipped. Please consider that the delivery time for your pre-ordered product may change. For an estimated arrival time, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
If Veri Boutique is given notification of an Order Cancellation before the product/s have been shipped, Veri Boutique can accommodate for order cancellations.
If item/s have been shipped, Veri Boutique reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery/courier service.
Liabilities and Warranties
