Your placement of an order through the Veri Boutique website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order through the Veri Boutique website indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall succeed any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. Veri Boutique reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Veri Boutique reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment.
We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Veri Boutique provides goods only as a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Veri Boutique.
Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. In this case, all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
If Veri Boutique has not accepted an order, it may be due to:
- The product you ordered is out of stock
- Failure to obtain payment authorization
- The occurrence of a pricing or product description error
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Shortly after you have placed an order, an email will be sent to you at the email address provided acknowledging your order. If you do not receive an email within 2 working days, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The delivery times provided by Veri Boutique are estimates only. Veri Boutique will not be held liable for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, separate deliveries may be made where stock is not available. In this case, Veri Boutique will notify you using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct contact details and delivery address as Veri Boutique will not be responsible for incorrectly entered contact details and delivery addresses.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us in accordance with our Returns and Faulty Goods Policies should there be a fault.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
Veri Boutique will give importance to ensuring all prices displayed are correct. If an error in pricing does occur, and you have already ordered the item, Veri Boutique will contact you immediately and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Veri Boutique will ensure that all merchandise displayed on the website is available at the same price at one of their Stores. However, occasionally Veri Boutique may offer promotions and discounts- particularly during Sale/Promotion periods- for online purchases from www.veriboutique.com.au.
Additionally, Veri Boutique may offer further discounts or promotions for online purchases made at www.veriboutique.com.au that will not apply in any of our Stores, and vice versa.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION
All items are subject to availability. When an item is sold out, Veri Boutique will make every effort to remove the item off the website immediately. If an order is placed before Veri Boutique is able to remove the item off the website, we will notify the customer immediately via email or telephone and issue a refund.
If a Pre-Order is made, you will be charged for the product on the day the order is shipped. Please consider that the delivery time for your pre-ordered product may change. For an estimated arrival time, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
If Veri Boutique is given notification of an Order Cancellation before the product/s have been shipped, Veri Boutique can accommodate for order cancellations.
If item/s have been shipped, Veri Boutique reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery/courier service.
LIABILITIES AND WARRANTIES
The Veri Boutique website may contain links to other websites that are owned and operated by third parties. Please acknowledge that Veri Boutique is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
Veri Boutique is also not liable for any losses or damage caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.
All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and no additional express warranties are made.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, and/or product information received from our suppliers, Veri Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
Veri Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Veri Boutique will immediately credit back your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
