SHIPPING

Veri Boutique offers flat rate shipping/postage both Australia wide and International. Customers (Domestic) may choose Standard or Express Shipping.

Domestic Standard: $10.00 AUD

Domestic Express: $15.00 AUD

International Shipping: $40.00 AUD

DELIVERY 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your goods within 1-10 working days. The delivery times provided by Veri Boutique are estimates only. Veri Boutique will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Veri Boutique cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us in accordance with our Returns Policy should there be a fault.

RETURNS POLICY

The Veri Boutique e-Store gladly accepts returns on full priced items in exchange for a credit note to the value of the returned product.

Customers wishing to return a product must do so within 10 days of the delivery date (See Returns Process below)

Veri Boutique will not give refunds if you have simply changed your mind.

Returns may be sent with a shipping service of your choice; the shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.

Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order, in the original condition that you received it, and we will happily exchange the item (full price items only)* or provide a Credit Note to the value of the returned product.**

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoebox.

 

* Exchange and Refunds are not applicable on sale or promotional items. 

** Shipping/Postage costs are NOT included in a Credit Note Value.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you would like to make an Exchange or Refund, please follow the simple steps below:

1.Email Veri Boutique at customerservice@veriboutique.com.au with notification to exchange or return, and request a Return & Exchange Form

2.Print and Complete the Veri Boutique Return & Exchange Form and enclose it with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turnaround.

3.Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging if appropriate. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged. If you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Veri Boutique in the original, unmarked packaging and in good condition.

4.For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest you use insured registered post (Australia Post), as Veri Boutique is not liable for lost returned parcels. Please note that no returns or exchanges can be made in person at a Veri Boutique store or warehouse. Veri Boutique does not accept COD deliveries.

5.Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or return. 

Veri Boutique returns department operates Monday-Friday. Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received. Veri Boutique will email you when your transaction is being processed.

FAULTY RETURNS

If you have a faulty item that you would like repaired, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above. Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault.

Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods to assess the alleged fault and determine and/or confirm the fault and whether it can be repaired. We will then issue an exchange, refund or repair the goods at our own discretion.

In the instance of a refund, we aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however some faults must be approved before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, we will keep you informed.

For goods that are determined to be repairable, please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of the fault once received. Contact will be made by email informing you of all relevant details. Once the item has been repaired, we will ship it back to you the same day.

If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of AUD $25 for national orders only.
